Close-cut long-sleeve underscrub in soft 95% cotton
with elastane stretch. Layers flat under your scrubs, holds its shape, and comes
in nine colours and nine sizes — XXS to 4XL.

A proper first layer, finally. This is 95% cotton — soft the way a cheap
polyester underlayer never is — with 5% elastane so it stretches through the
shoulder when you're reaching, positioning and lifting, and springs straight
back.
Cut close through the chest and arm so it disappears under your scrub top
rather than adding bulk to it. The sleeves run long by design: push them up for a
procedure and they stay, pull them down for a cold ward and they cover your
wrists. A small woven WiZmed tab sits at the cuff, so it shows when your sleeves
are up.
Nine colours, the same range as the women's — including a cerise we're not
apologising for.

We built the size range first and the colours second — if you've ever been told
your size sells out before it arrives, that's the thing we were trying to fix.
Athletic fit with stretch. Size up if you prefer a looser layer, or if you're
between sizes.
Colours
Black, White, Grey, Navy, Sky Blue, Mint, Bottle Green, Maroon and Cerise.
Black, Grey and Navy are core colours we keep stocked. The rest are limited runs —
genuinely only a few per size, so if yours is there, take it.
Fabric & care
95% cotton, 5% elastane.
Machine wash cold with like colours. Tumble dry low or hang to dry — low heat
protects the elastane and keeps the fit. Do not bleach.
Questions
Can I wear it on its own? Yes. The neckline and cuffs are
finished to look right without a scrub top over them.
Will it shrink? Wash cold and dry on low or hang it, and it
will hold its shape and its length. High heat is what damages elastane, so skip
the hot tumble dry.
Does it wick sweat like a poly underscrub? No — and that's a
deliberate trade. Cotton absorbs rather than wicks, which is why this feels soft
and breathes well but isn't a technical base layer. For a hot theatre list, layer
thin. For twelve hours on a ward, this is it.
How does the sizing compare to your scrub tops? This runs
closer to the body so it layers flat. If you like your scrub top true to size,
take the same size here — or size up for a looser feel.
