made ourselves
We started as students who could not always afford the stethoscope we wanted. So we designed one: a stainless-steel dual-head chestpiece, a tunable diaphragm, a five-year warranty, engraved on the day you order. On its own, or as the six-piece Combo for a first clinical year.

Ashraf and Waheed were UCT medical students who worked out what their classmates were being charged for kit the degree required, and started sourcing it themselves for less. Five orders became ten, then forty. Everything is still made in smaller batches across KwaZulu-Natal and Cape Town, and the company is still student-run.
