The Contec HA3100VET Veterinary Automatic Haematology Analyser is an in vitro diagnostic device for the quantitative analysis of blood cells. It classifies white blood cell counts into three groups. It is a clinical screening instrument, and results should be considered alongside clinical examination findings or other test results when making a clinical judgement.
The analyser is suitable for the detection of white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets, haemoglobin and other parameters, and for counting white blood cells in three classifications.
