Listen the way you always have, then twist to digital when the murmur is soft or the room is loud. Analogue mode needs no battery at all, and the digital side runs for up to 120 hours of clinical use on a charge.

The CORE 300 is Eko's most durable and longest-running stethoscope. It works as a familiar acoustic stethoscope — no battery required — and a twist of the chestpiece (TwistPower™) switches it to digital listening with up to 35x amplification and active noise cancellation, for the soft murmur on a busy ward or the chest you need to hear in the back of an ambulance.
