The Contec MS100 is a separate SpO2 simulator of small volume and light weight. It performs a series of tests by simulation to provide an accurate reference for the pulse oximeter. Because different manufacturers may use different R-curves, current popular R-curves (such as BCI, Masimo and Nellcor) are embedded in the simulator in advance.
