The Littmann Master Cardiology (2176) is a single-sided stethoscope for doctors who listen closely to heart and lung sounds. This version has a smoke-finish chestpiece on a black tube. Because the diaphragm is tunable, there is no need to turn the chestpiece over to change between low and high frequencies.
