The standard 3.5 V fibre-optic diagnostic otoscope head.
Light is carried to the tip of the speculum by fibre optics. The head runs from any Welch Allyn 3.5 V power handle and takes the 03100-U halogen HPX lamp, or the 03100-LED SureColor LED upgrade kit.
