How to measure yourself for scrubs
Use a soft tape measure and wear light clothing. Ask someone to help with the chest and inside leg if you can; it is hard to keep the tape level on your own.

Full length runs from the top of the garment to the bottom hem. "Bottom of V down" is measured from the top of the V-neck to the bottom of the V opening. Always measure at the fullest part of the chest, and if you match the last figure of a size exactly, size up.

Inside length is the inseam, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. The full stretch waist is the waistband stretched to its maximum, which tells you how much give the drawstring waist has. Basic is a comfortable regular fit, and the chart allows for a 1 to 3% variance.

Comfort 2.0 pieces
Plus-size scrubs in South Africa
If you need a larger size, Basic 2.0 goes the furthest, up to 5XL in both tops and pants. Comfort 2.0 goes to 4XL. Because the stretch in Comfort 2.0 is built into the fabric, some people who are between a 4XL and a 5XL prefer it, but check your measurements against the chart rather than relying on the stretch.
Your top and pants do not have to be the same size. If your chest puts you in one size and your hips in another, buy the top and pants separately, or choose a multi-set pack where each piece is sized on its own.
Scrubs for nursing and medical students
Most students need more than one set. One on and one in the wash is the minimum for a week of skills labs; a full clinical block is easier with three or five. The Basic 2.0 Pair Pack, Starter Three and Week Pack let you choose the size and colour of every top and every pair of pants separately. Underscrubs, jackets and caps
The women's long-sleeve underscrub and the men's version are 95% cotton and 5% elastane, with extra-long sleeves you can push up past the elbow. The women's cut is sculpted and the men's is closer through the chest and arm, so both lie flat under a scrub top. They come in nine colours, XXS to 4XL.
For winter night shifts, the wind-resistant softshell Comfort Jacket comes for women and men in black or navy, XXS to 2XL. Note that it stops at 2XL. The Winter Warmer bundles put a scrub set, the jacket and an underscrub in one order, each in the size and colour you choose.
