This Littmann Cardiology IV (6203) is finished almost entirely in black, with a black tube, matte black chestpiece and black headset, and a violet stem as the only colour. It is built to help you hear hard-to-hear sounds, including aortic stenosis, S3 gallops and faint pulmonary sounds, in critical care and other demanding settings such as the emergency department, ICU, cardiac ICU and step-down unit.
