ANKI DECKS BY SEMESTER

A very generous group of students at the University of Cape Town have made available, for FREE, their entire Anki deck collections as well as various mind-maps and study aids. A huge shout-out to Ella Katz, Zahra Parker, Tendani Tshavhungwa and their team for their amazing contribution to the UCT med community. Click on your Semester below to access the Google Drive made available for your cohort. More semesters coming soon! Please note that these collections may not be complete, and whilst there was a lot of effort put in to ensuring accuracy, there may be issues here and there so please use this in conjunction with other resources.

WHAT IS ANKI?

According to the founders, “Anki is a free and open-source flashcard program using spaced repetition, a technique from cognitive science for fast and long-lasting memorization.” Since it’s free and works quite well – Anki is quite a hit on medschools internationally. Download Anki here.
